Throughout my professional career, I have worn many hats, but none bring me more joy than helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate dreams. As a full-time, full-service Realtor, my background as a licensed real estate consultant, market analyst, and project manager provides a strong blend of analytical expertise, strategic marketing, project management, and skilled negotiation. I am dedicated to offering trusted real estate services, strong advocacy, and win-win solutions to assist clients in buying or selling their homes at the best possible price and terms in the shortest amount of time.

I work with various types of sellers and buyers, including first-time buyers, move-up clients, and those looking to downsize. Additionally, as a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES®), I am uniquely qualified to assist clients aged 50+ who are helping aging parents transition to senior living while planning their own future housing needs.

My real estate career began with managing bank-owned property listings and distressed sales during the early 2000s real estate bust, and it has spanned the recovery period of the 2010s, the COVID real estate boom, and now a balanced market. All these experiences, along with my extended education to acquire my Associate Broker's License, have provided me with valuable insights into market analysis, real estate law, and property values. Before my real estate career, I spent 13 years in market research as a study director, project manager, and data analyst—experience that helps me develop data-driven strategies, smooth transactions, and effective marketing plans for my clients.

Growing up in Farmington Hills, I am a proud Mercy High School and University of Michigan alum. My husband, Rich, and I have been active members of the South Lyon community for over 30 years. In my free time, I enjoy crafting, gardening, golf, Michigan sports, history, traveling, and spending time with my amazing family and friends.
